Refund Policy

Cancellation within 4 hours of purchase is possible for a full refund.  Beyond 4 hours, a full refund is not possible as I would begin creating the portrait.

I strive to provide art that will be loved and cherished.  I provide a drawing “proof” before completing the finalized portrait, where you are able to request minor changes and comments.

If the first proof is entirely unacceptable, I can offer to redo the whole portrait or provide a 50% refund, however this will prolong the length of time until you receive the final artwork.  

 

Once I receive the final confirmation, it is agreed that the final portrait is accepted and a refund is not possible.  This is due to the amount of time put into creating the portrait as well as the donation given to the rescue organization.
