FAQ

Please complete the Order Form and Upload the reference photo(s). Sections marked with the asterisk, ‘ * ‘, are required sources of information needed to create and communicate with you. Select the Portrait Style (Black and White or Color) by clicking on the box in the Order Form. A single Portrait already includes 1 animal. If you have more than one animal, select the Quantity (Black and White or Color) in the Order Form. Submit the Form and Complete Payment.

When I receive your order, I will immediately begin work on making the portrait. A Drawing Proof is the portrait before its completion stage. It will allow me to check in with you and make any minor adjustments and ensure the portrait is to your satisfaction before adding the fine details to the finished artwork. You will also get a clear indication of the timeframe to receive the final portrait.

The portrait is a Digital Download, so there is no shipping involved. Via the e-mail address you provided in the Order Form, I will send 2 files in JPEG and PDF formats. If you require another format, please mention it on the Order Form in the ’Special Request‘ box. I will do my best to accommodate your needs. You can download right away and begin printing as you like!

I start drawing after receiving your order form and payment . Please be understanding that I do all artwork by hand myself, so it depends on how many orders I receive on a given day. Minimum 1-3 days and maximum 1 week to receive the Drawing Proof. Depending on the changes requested to the Drawing Proof, the finalized portrait should be completed within 1 week from Proof Approval.
